Commission Sale Details

The cars I have recently found buyers for include a 1900 Peugeot, a 1903 Panhard, a 1904 Darracq, a 1904 Napier, a 1913 Sunbeam, a 1913 Fiat, a 1927 Bentley, a 1928 Lagonda, a 1934 MG, a 1935 AC 2 litre, a 1939 Rover, a 1948 Allard and my current sale list includes a 1960 Mercedes 190SL. As you can see I work with a wide range of car ages and types, the only real criterion is that each vehicle is old and interesting.

I offer a brokerage service which is halfway between dealer and auction house, working on a pre-agreed no sale no fee commission basis which starts at 10% of the sale price which reduces in % terms for higher value cars.

My method of selling cars gets you the best possible return. I do not buy the cars I sell so I do not have to offer you the lowest price for your car, quite conversely it is in my interest to get you the best possible price. In addition I do not charge the buyer a premium so compared with many auction houses much more of the price achieved goes to you.

There are also strong benefits to the buyer (apart from not having to pay any premium) which include getting as much time as they need to look at the cars without being under any pressure to buy as well as having a good selection of cars to look at. In addition, serious enquirers can (with your permission) be put directly in touch with you to get more detailed information on the car which often gives them more confidence about buying it.
Should you ask me to help sell your car our agreement will be put in writing for your protection. All purchase offers received will be submitted for your approval and the new owner does not take delivery of the car until all financial transactions have been completed to your entire satisfaction.

Your car can be kept at your home or I can store it in my secure premises near Junction 6 of the M25. The benefit of me having it is that prospective buyers will get the opportunity to see your car whenever they call in.
